Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

Auravia, operated by Auravia Ltd. (Anthypolochagou Georgiou M.Savva, 26, SHOP 1-2, Geroskipou, 8201, Paphos, Cyprus), has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour, and abuse in any form. This declaration describes the effective policies we maintain to prevent our platform from being used to promote or facilitate such conduct.

1. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the Platform in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour, debt bondage, coercion, or the exploitation of any person. Accounts engaged in such conduct are terminated immediately and reported to the competent authorities.

2. Consent and age verification

  • Every person who appears in any content on the Platform must, before publication, provide a valid government-issued identity document proving they are at least 18 years old, and a signed consent form (model release) covering the specific use of their likeness.
  • Content is reviewed before publication; content in which any depicted person cannot be matched to complete, verified documentation is not published.
  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time; the affected content is then removed (see Complaints Policy).

3. Monitoring and reporting

  • All content and all communication channels (chat, video calls, cam shows) are monitored for indications of coercion, trafficking, or abuse.
  • Reports of suspected trafficking or coercion are treated as emergencies: the content is disabled immediately and reviewed within 24 hours.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and provide records where legally required.

4. Creators and supply chain

Creators and agencies contractually warrant that all persons involved in producing their content participate voluntarily, are paid as agreed, and are free to terminate their involvement at any time. We do not work with partners who fail to meet these standards.

5. Reporting concerns

If you suspect that any person appearing on this Platform is a victim of trafficking, coercion, or abuse — or is underage — report it immediately to abuse@fanclave.io. Reports can be made anonymously. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
