Complaints Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-11

This policy explains how anyone — customers, creators, persons depicted in content, or third parties — can complain about content or conduct on Auravia, and how we handle those complaints.

1. How to file a complaint

Please include: the URL (or a screenshot) of the content or conduct concerned, a description of the issue, and — if you are a person depicted in the content — a way for us to verify your identity so we can act on your request.

2. Our commitments

  • If illegal/unconsented content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours. On receipt of a credible report, the content is disabled immediately while we review.
  • All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days.
  • Every complaint receives an acknowledgement and a written outcome.
  • Complaints and moderation decisions are logged and retained for audit.

3. Depicted persons

Any person who appears in content on the Platform may request its removal at any time, regardless of any release previously signed. We will remove the content while the request is verified. If we cannot resolve a disagreement about consent, the content stays down.

4. Appeals

If you disagree with the outcome of a complaint — whether you are the complainant or the uploader of removed content — reply to the outcome email within 14 days. The appeal is reviewed by a different reviewer than the original decision. The appeal outcome, with reasons, is provided in writing.
