Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 2026-05-11
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Auravia, including Customers, Creators, and Agencies. Violating the AUP is a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of fees, reporting to law enforcement, and civil action.
1. Absolutely prohibited content
The following content is strictly forbidden on the Platform under any circumstance:
- Any content depicting or appearing to depict a person under 18 years of age in a sexual context ("CSAM"), including computer-generated and animated depictions.
- Content that sexualises minors in any way, including age-play roleplay that presents a participant as a minor.
- Non-consensual content — including content recorded without informed consent, "revenge porn", hidden-camera material, sleeping or unconscious persons, or content shared in breach of an agreement with the person depicted.
- Content depicting actual non-consensual sexual acts, sexual assault, or coerced participation.
- Bestiality — sexual conduct with animals or with non-human creatures (aliens, mythological creatures, monsters, tentacles, etc.).
- Necrophilia.
- Content depicting incest, real or simulated.
- Content depicting human trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation.
- Scat and feces — both the depiction and the mentioning of.
- Blood, including female period/menstruation — both the depiction and the mentioning of.
- Content involving urine or vomit in a sexual context.
- Hardcore violence in a sexual context, including realistic injury, hate crimes, mutilation of a person or body part, snuff, asphyxiation to unconsciousness, extreme pain, or content that glorifies the same.
- Wording or actions indicating lack of consent or inability to consent — rape, force, sleep, drugged, passed/blacked out, chloroformed, unconscious, hypnotized, drunk, intoxicated, or similar. A person who is drunk, drugged, asleep, or hypnotized cannot give consent.
- Content promoting or facilitating self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or non-medical drug use.
- Hate speech and content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
- Content that infringes another party's intellectual property or right of publicity, including deepfakes of identifiable real persons created without their written consent.
- Content that depicts or facilitates illegal activity under the law of either the producer's or the viewer's jurisdiction (e.g. unlicensed firearms sales, controlled-substance transactions, prostitution where unlawful).
Discovery of any of the above will result in immediate removal, preservation of evidence, suspension of the offending account, and, in the case of CSAM or trafficking, mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other competent authorities.
1a. Production-environment requirements
In addition to the prohibited categories above, the following rules apply to everything visible or audible in any content:
- No background people. No person other than documented, consenting performers may be present in any content — including people in the far distance. Blurring background persons is not an acceptable alternative; they never authorized their likeness to appear in adult media.
- No alcohol or illegal substances. Alcoholic beverages — and, in doubt, anything that might appear to be one — as well as illegal substances and drug paraphernalia must not appear in content.
- No animals or pets may be visible in any content.
- No weapons (guns, knives, or similar) may be visible in any content.
- If the word "teen" is used anywhere in content or marketing, it must be stated in a clear and conspicuous manner that the models are 18 or 19 years old.
2. Required of every depicted performer
For all sexually-explicit content uploaded to the Platform, the uploading Creator or Agency must, before upload:
- verify that every depicted performer is at least 18 years of age and was 18 at the time of production, using a government-issued photo ID;
- obtain written, informed, revocable consent from every performer covering production, distribution on the Platform, and the specific acts depicted;
- maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 — see our 2257 Statement;
- respect any withdrawal of consent, including requests to remove content the performer has appeared in.
3. Prohibited conduct
Independent of content, the following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment, stalking, doxing, threats of violence, or extortion (including "sextortion").
- Solicitation of unlawful sexual services or in-person meetings for compensation.
- Impersonating another Creator, performer, or any real person; operating fake accounts; or selling content as if it were another person's.
- Recording, screen-capturing, downloading, or redistributing Platform content outside the express download functionality.
- Circumventing paywalls, age gates, region blocks, or rate limits.
- Manipulating payments — friendly-fraud chargebacks, stolen payment instruments, or coordinated mass refund abuse.
- Using the Platform to send unsolicited bulk messages or to promote unrelated commercial products.
- Scraping, automated data harvesting, or training machine-learning models on Platform content without written permission.
- Probing or testing the security of the Platform outside an authorised security-research program.
- Any use that violates applicable export control or sanctions law.
4. Reporting violations
If you encounter content or conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@fanclave.io with as much detail as possible (URL, screenshot, time of occurrence). Reports concerning suspected CSAM or non-consensual content are prioritised and acted upon as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.
5. Enforcement
We enforce this AUP through a combination of automated detection (hash matching against known-CSAM databases, machine classifiers on uploads), human review of flagged content, and response to reports. Enforcement actions include removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, forfeiture of pending payouts, permanent device/IP bans, and referral to law-enforcement and processors.
6. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action against your account was made in error, you may appeal in writing to legal@fanclave.io. Appeals concerning CSAM, trafficking, or non-consensual content are not eligible for reinstatement; in such cases the appeal will be limited to demonstrating that the underlying violation did not occur.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
