1. Who we are
Auravia is operated by Auravia Ltd., registered in Republic of Cyprus, with its registered office at Anthypolochagou Georgiou M.Savva, 26, SHOP 1-2, Geroskipou, 8201, Paphos, Cyprus ("we", "us", the "Platform"). These Terms form a binding contract between you and Auravia Ltd.. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You may only access the Platform if all of the following are true:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
- Adult content is lawful in the location from which you access the Platform.
- You are not on any sanctioned-persons list and are not accessing from a sanctioned territory.
- You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If we determine in good faith that you do not meet these requirements, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.
3. The service and our responsibility for content
The Platform provides hosting, content delivery, messaging, livestreaming, and payment-processing infrastructure through which independent adult-content creators ("Creators") and agencies operating on their behalf publish content that customers ("you") can access.
We are responsible for all content available on this website. Every Creator enters into a written agreement with us, and we obtain a signed consent form and a valid government-issued identity document from every person who appears in any content before that content can be published. Content uploads are accepted solely from verified content providers.
4. Content monitoring and moderation
We review all uploaded content before its publication. No content is shown to customers until it has passed our review. Our review verifies, for every item, that (a) every depicted person — foreground or background — is at least 18 years old and has a valid identity document and signed release on file, and (b) the content does not fall into any prohibited category (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
We monitor all communication channels operated through the Platform, including chat messages, video calls, and cam shows. Outgoing messages are screened automatically against a prohibited-terms list before delivery, and flagged messages are blocked and logged. Live streams are subject to the same content rules and may be terminated immediately on violation. This monitoring is performed by us as an obligation — not as a discretionary right — and a record of moderation decisions is retained.
5. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- One natural person per account. Account sharing, resale, or transfer is prohibited.
- You must promptly notify support@fanclave.io of any suspected unauthorized access.
6. Purchases, billing, and currency
Prices are displayed at the point of sale in the currency listed there. We charge the displayed amount plus any applicable taxes through the payment method you select (including Telegram Stars, where available). Currency-conversion fees imposed by your card issuer or wallet are your responsibility.
- One-time purchases (content unlocks, pay-per-view) are charged once, at the moment of purchase, in the amount shown on the payment screen.
- Gems (prepaid credits). You can buy Gem packages (one charge per top-up, package prices and any volume bonus shown before you confirm; 1 Gem = €0.10 base value) and spend Gems on unlocks. Gems never expire. Gems are not refundable, cannot be converted back into money, and are tied to your account and the creator's storefront where they were bought — see our Refund Policy (which still covers the top-up payment itself in case of technical failure, duplicate, or unauthorized charges).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed amount and interval (e.g. monthly) until cancelled. The first charge occurs at sign-up; each subsequent charge occurs at the start of the next billing period. If a trial period, introductory offer, or promotional price applies, its length and the standard price that applies afterwards are stated on the payment screen before you confirm; unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends, you will be charged the standard price from that point on.
- How to cancel: you can cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings, or by contacting support@fanclave.io. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. See also our Refund Policy.
Billing partner. Card payments are processed by our billing partners Verotel / CardBilling. The descriptor on your card or bank statement will reference the billing partner. For any questions regarding credit-card or bank statements, transactions, fraud, or unrecognized charges, please contact Verotel end-user support: website www.vtsup.com, email livesupport@verotel.com.
7. License you receive
When you unlock or subscribe to content, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view that content for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment, on devices you control, while your access is active and in good standing. You receive no ownership rights in the content. You may not download, capture, copy, redistribute, publicly display, repost, mirror, fingerprint, train a machine-learning model on, or otherwise exploit the content except as the Platform expressly permits (for example, an offline-download button where shown).
8. Your conduct
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
- upload, share, or solicit content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy;
- use search terms, requests, or messages that suggest or solicit child exploitation or non-consensual activity — such terms are blocked and logged;
- impersonate any person, misrepresent your age, or use false payment information;
- circumvent paywalls, region locks, age gates, watermarks, or rate limits;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically download Platform data or content;
- interfere with the Platform's operation, reverse-engineer security measures, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a written authorisation;
- harass, threaten, or extort other users or Creators;
- use the Platform in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, or abuse (see Section 11).
9. Complaints procedure
Anyone — customers, Creators, models, or third parties — can file a complaint about any content or conduct on the Platform:
- How to complain: email abuse@fanclave.io (abuse / illegal content), support@fanclave.io (all other complaints), or use the report links shown next to content. Please include the URL of the content concerned and a description of the issue.
- If illegal or unconsented content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours. Pending review, the content is disabled immediately upon receipt of a credible report.
- All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days. You will receive an acknowledgement and a written outcome.
- Persons depicted in content may request removal of that content at any time; see our Complaints Policy and DMCA / Takedown pages for details, including appeal options.
10. Third-party links
The Platform and Creator pages may contain links to third-party websites. We review linked destinations as part of content moderation. Third-party links shall be removed if those links are found to contain violating contents. Links to external services whose content is beyond our control or monitoring capabilities are not permitted and will be removed. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites you choose to visit.
11. Anti-slavery and human trafficking
We prohibit any use of the Platform that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour, or any form of modern slavery or abuse. Every person appearing in content must have provided documented, informed consent and proof of age; we verify this before publication and re-verify on complaint. 12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or chargeback abuse, conduct that endangers users or the Platform, or where required by law or by a payment partner. On termination, your license under Section 7 ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution).
13. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that any specific content will remain available.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor our affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue, arising out of or relating to the Platform. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Platform in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in that period, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Auravia Ltd. and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus, where Auravia Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Auravia Ltd. irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Cyprus for any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Platform or by email at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
